In the Granary Burying Ground in Boston, there is a gravestone for a Madeline Conner, who died Dec. 24, 1944. The stone is just lying on the ground near Samuel Adams' tomb. It was apparently placed there by someone who found it elsewhere. It's been there for about 7 or 8 years now. It would be nice if her story could have the same kind of happy ending as the woman in New York City.
