Matthew Carter's font Matinia was designed to incorporate some of the classic stone ligatures, although I don't know that it includes all of the ones you can find on Boston-area gravestones.
And a detail: Is that a dot over the I in DIED? The several middots separating the words look like they were produced with round drills, but the mark over the I looks like a little serifed caltrop.
