"Destitute of the Qualities of a Gentlemen"

I'm thinking of having some of these printed up, but substituting my name at the bottom and leaving a blank for the offender.

I'll go in with a bulk order with you, but I need a version where my name is printed in the offender's spot and it's blank at the bottom.

Sounds a lot like Stephen Hopkins’s card in 1776:

"Dear sir, you are, without any doubt, a rogue, a rascal, a villain, a thief, a scoundrel and a mean, dirty, stinking, sniveling, sneaking, pimping, pocket-picking, thrice double-damned no-good son-of-a-bitch."
